  In business since 1972, Data Entry Inc. presently has a retail office/warehouse facility off a high traffic state highway in a Orlando suburb, serving the Central Florida business community. Service coverage is within a 50 mile radius of Orlando. Average response time is 3-4 hours. Our Technicians are A+ and in the process of being MICROSOFT and NOVELL Certified.

Data Entry Inc. offers maintenance coverage on most DEC, DATA GENERAL, POINT 4 and IBM PC's and compatibles. We offer modified T & M contracts, guaranteed response time contracts, Labor and/or parts only contracts, discounted swap out contracts for remote clients, depot carry-in and full coverage with telephone support contracts. We are currently considering network and operating system telephone support contracts for our clients who have discontinued software support with other vendors.

Maintenance contact pricing is set by the Company President, Jim Walton and is based on discounting manufacturers published maintenance price. If manufacturers prices are not available, then a price is obtained by calculating the purchase price of the system less software, by a percentage depending on usage and age.

The Company subcontracts with a number of national 3rd party maintenance providers such as USNET, CTS, CD SERVE, U.S. TECHNOLOGIES and SOMA TECHNOLOGIES and others.
