Preventive Maintenance

You've invested a lot of money in your computer and you should do whatever is necessary to protect your investment. Periodic cleaning, inspection, and diagnostics at a scheduled and convenient time will detect problems. These problems may initially be small, but if not corrected can escalate to much bigger problems and unnecessary down time later on. With DEI's Maintenance Agreements you have a service company who is familiar with your computer system and can have you up and running with minimum down time for a fixed monthly fee that you can budget.

Warranty Repair

DEI provides local factory warranty support for a variety of manufacturers. Most manufacturers provide one year depot support for their products. We can upgrade your warranty to on-site coverage with a response tailored to meet your business needs.
